With increasing energy consumption and environmental issues, green communities and buildings have been the industry focuses in the past years. Challenges in the cost of green buildings drove a growing discussion on ROI management and sustainable solutions in practical design and operation.
We are pleased to invite you to attend the “Return on Investment of Green Communities and Buildings’ seminar on March 18th at B+H Shanghai office. Lisa Bate, Managing Principal of B+H Shanghai, will deliver a 30-minute presentation on this topic followed by a ‘Practice and Thoughts in Sustainable Building’ case study shared by Haijun Gao from JianXue Architecture and Engineering Design Institute.
Afterwards, we will hold a networking cocktail party for all attendees.

She is also a Past Chair of the Board of Directors of the Canada Green Building Council and a Past President of the Ontario Association of Architects in Canada, a Fellow of the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada, and is B+H’s representative to the United Nations Environmental Protection – Sustainable Buildings and Climate Initiative (UNEP-SBCI).
