GLAM restaurant and lounge partners with Hong Kong’s Grassroots Pantry for an exclusive, plant-based pop-up “Autumn in Shanghai”. From Char-grilled Cauliflower Handles to Teff Pumpkin Gnocchi, the creative dishes by Chefs Hamish Waddel and Peggy Chen only feature seasonal, organic and locally sourced ingredients, and most importantly, completely plant-based.
A percentage of proceeds will go to support the Educating Girls of Rural China (EGRC).

Peggy Chan is the chef-founder of Grassroots Pantry, Hong Kong's leading meat-free eatery, a prolific public speaker, and a key driver of Hong Kong's green-eating movement, to find out how she was able to merge a career built in the city's top Michelin star-studded establishments with her passion for serving the community.
