On 15th January 2009, Green Drinks Shanghai organized its very first monthly eco-networking event at the brand new URBN Hotel, also China's first carbon neutral hotel back then. On 14th December 2013, Green Drinks was rebranded to Green Initiatives.

10 years, 500+ events, 4 recycling projects, 9 action campaigns, 25,000+ attendees, 30,000kg of textile waste & 7,000kg of electronic waste recycled, 27+ interns and 60+ volunteeers later, we are still here - more active than ever.

With a team of 2 full time employees, several interns and volunteers if there's anyone we would owe our existence and success to - it is YOU. You the community, You the friend, You the family, You the partner and You the client.

This event is a celebration of all your love and support coming through the years that has brought us to where we are, and where we are still dreaming of bigger, larger impact through various initiatives.

Join us for a simple, casual, and fun-filled evening with family, friends and followers at the very place it all started 10 years ago - the URBN Hotel in JingAn Shanghai. As always, the focus will be on what we do best i.e. connecting like-minded, good-hearted people each other.

However, if you manage to hang around for a while we will also share with you glimpses of our journey - a challening and rewarding one at that, and some of our future plans and how you can be a part of it!
