Are We Capable of Cleaning Our Air?: Green Drinks October Forum
- 17-10-2013 18:30 - 21:00
- Arup Associates, Shanghai
Getting a breath of fresh air isn’t as easy as it used to be. We’ve loaded the atmosphere with all kinds of pollutants that have triggered a number of serious atmospheric ills. The causes, sources and impacts of air quality issues are interconnected. Therefore, addressing one air quality issue can often help to reduce other kinds of pollution. Reducing emissions that cause poor air quality, ozone depletion and climate change requires teamwork. Individuals, communities, industry and business, and governments all contribute to pollution.
Our forum aims to discuss what are some ways to minimize pollution — and how we can all be part of the solution. Thus, focusing not on the problems, but on ways and solutions to combat them.
This is event is free thanks to our sponsor Arup Associates and Fields China, as are snacks, beer, soft drinks, and juice. Space is limited, so please RSVP using the registration form below.
