- Why do we make the juices we make?
Cooked foods — baked, fried, boiled, or roasted — are “dead” foods, nonliving things that merely sustain the human body system. Raw foods, on the other hand, restore health, vitality, and energy.
Traditional juices found in juice bars are made with centrifugal juicers, which are powered by a fast-spinning blade, heating up the juices and oxidizing nutrients in the process. In effect, the juice is essentially cooked and no longer considered “raw.”

All of our juices are 100% cold-pressed from raw, fresh and plant-based foods. Pressing, rather than high-speed grinding foods, ensures that essential nutrients and enzymes remain intact. With raw juices, nutrients are efficiently absorbed into the bloodstream, giving the digestive system a break.
Each 12-ounce (350ml) bottle of Favorite Squeeze juice contains two pounds of raw produce. You could try to eat two pounds of raw veggies in a day, but it would take your body hours to digest.
Simplicity is always on our minds. We wash, prepare, juice, bottle, and even place and write labels, by hand. The less processed the juices are, the more goodness of nature you’ll get.
